About Us

The New York Singapore Association exists as a Non-Profit Organization dedicated to fostering community ties amongst Singaporeans based in New York. We regularly organize activities which seek to promote cultural and heritage awareness, as well as, opportunities to network within the Singaporean community in New York.

The association welcomes all Singaporeans or Singaporean Permanent Residents living in the Tri-State Area. Others who have an interest in Singaporean culture or have worked / lived in Singapore are also welcome.

We maintain an Electronic Mailing List with which we use to keep members current on all our activities through our regular newsletter. Since NYSA is a non-profit association, all Board Directors are uncompensated volunteers. Members who wish to assist in our activities or to join the Board are welcome. Many different and enjoyeable activities catering to various age groups and interest groups are organized yearly, so feel free to attend one of our events.
